   I recommend award of the Consultant Agreement in the amount of $50,000.00 to Liberty Diagnostics, LLC d/b/a LBDG in the case of The School Board of Palm Beach County v. The Morganti Group, Inc., as successor in interest to Morganti Florida, Inc., Morganti Florida, Inc. and M.P.A. Architects , Inc. f/k/a Marion, Puluga & Associates. in an amount not-to-exceed $50,000.00 to Liberty Diagnostics, LLC d/b/a LBDG and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents.	-	PASS
   Minutes: Review, analyze, and evaluate any and all appropriate documents and other items for purposes of providing expert testimony and other services in preparation for mediation and/or trial in the case of The School Board of Palm Beach County v. The Morganti Group, Inc., as successor in interest to Morganti Florida, Inc., Morganti Florida, Inc. and M.P.A. Architects, Inc. f/k/a Marion, Puluga & Associates, Case No 50 2005CA 006997 XXXXMB. Perform site visits as necessary.
